Fantastic service from start to finish. Booking easy, arrived earlier than I expected and thought he was running late (this amused me). Knowledgable and polite whilst here. Already expecting to go back to Pipeworks and Ricki next year for the service.

Excellent service from Pipeworks. Ricki, Nick, and Perry were all professional, tidy, and friendly. They carried out a complex hot water cylinder installation efficiently, and our hot water and heating were both restored. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I have had Ricki help us out with a couple jobs round the house now, and every time has been a pleasure. Ricki is a lovely bloke, fast and hard working, fair priced and always talks to us in plain English, explains very clearly what needs to be done, why and how so we always understand exactly what's going on. Would always recommend him. He's very well liked and respected in our house, our 3 year old gets out his toy tool belt to help Ricki when he's round.

Rikki is very efficient and takes his job seriously. Hee goes the extra mile and gets second opinions to back up his advice. I use Pipeworks as I know I will get good service and can totally rely on them - even for an annual service of the gas boiler. Rikki is registered and an approved fitter for Worcester Bosch.

Ricki has been my plumber for years and I would highly recommend using him and Pipeworks. He is a great plumber, knows his stuff, is clean and tidy and responds really quickly to messages. Also he's always conscious of how much things cost and wont do unnecessary work. I wouldnt use anyone else, he's a lovely guy too. I have no hesitation in recommending Pipeworks if you're looking for a new plumber
