We couldn???t be happier with our new bathroom and en-suite. From our first visit to the showroom through to the completed installation, the service was excellent from start to finish. The whole team were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful throughout the process. We would highly recommend The Bathroom Shop to anyone looking for a high-quality bathroom renovation. Thank you to everyone involved for doing such a fantastic job!

We decided to go with The Bathroom Shop in Taunton following reading a number of good reviews. They were excellent throughout always having time to discuss options during the planning stage and loaning us various samples to help with the design of our project (a new bathroom and toilet) When it came to the install they were prompt, friendly, kept us informed as to what was happening and respected our home. They did an excellent job and I must give a special mention to Joe who really went out of his way to ensure everything went to plan. They are a family business, take pride in their work and work to a high standard. We'd have no hesitation in using them again. Highly recommended.

From start to finish the staff at The Bathroom Shop could not have been more helpful. They were knowledgeable, provided great advice and were patient throughout the process of choosing the bathroom yet without creating a feeling of pressure to buy. A date was set for installation and the work completed as promised to a very high standard. It was a pleasure to have Joe and Mark working on the bathroom, nothing was too much trouble and I am absolutely delighted with the result. Would highly recommend their excellent service.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Mark and Sally were both extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable in the planning stage of our new en-suite bathroom, which is a fairly compact and awkward space. The installation team were really friendly, highly efficient, skilled and very tidy throughout the fitting process. The after-sales service has been great too. I wouldn???t think twice about using them again.

A really great experience from start to finish. The bathroom looks stunning and the service was both efficient and effective. I cannot praise the company and all the workmen enough. I would warmly recommend Mark, Sally and the team to anyone considering a new bathroom. More remarkable was that we went away during the fitting and came back to a clean, tidy and almost immaculate house - THANK YOU to all involved for the design, problem solving and finish - truly stunning. [to anyone out there worried about paying up-front please don't. This company are genuine and reliable!] We also asked for a couple extra bits and pieces and they couldn't have been more helpful or reasonable. I cannot recommend you enough!!!!
