Excellent service. On time. Very efficient. Mark went the extra mile the other day. Asked to have feeder pipe to gas fire capped. He did that then proceeded to remove the fire without me asking. Now that's what I call service. We have had our gas boiler serviced by mark for the past eight years and will continue to do so.

Mark has looked after our boiler needs for many years. He is very reliable. He keeps mess to a minimum and is competitive on prices. We wouldn't trust anyone else.

Mark revamped our dated bathroom, removing the bath and replacing it with a walk-in shower enclosure. He installed a new rainfall shower and tile effect shower panels, fitted basin and toilet unit. He replaced our old radiator with a modern chrome towel radiator and new waterproof flooring. We were delighted with his hard work, reliability, advice, expertise and friendly approach.

We had a leak and it was pouring through the ceiling. We called TAP plumbing and they were fantastic. We dealt with Thomas and Preston and have nothing but praise for them both. They came exactly when they said they would come (within 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon) they were polite and professional. They found the leak, within minutes, and fixed it. Arranged to come back with a (non urgent) replacement part, and look at another job. They even gave us advice and contacts for plastering the ceiling after the repair. Everything was smooth and easy. Very happy customers! Thank you both.
