Following a call out Saturday Paul diagnosed the likely issue with my boiler not heating water. He double checked with Vaillant and today returned to replace the relevant part. Highly likeable plus extremely efficient and meticulous...consequently I highly recommend him

Fantastic service from Paul who answered a late night call following a plumbing emergency. He visited straight away, isolated the problem and then attended the following morning with new parts to get the problem fixed. Thanks very much Paul.

Rang Paul on a Saturday morning as our boiler stopped working. Paul was with us within half an hour, diagnosing the problem. He returned first thing Monday with the parts needed and fixed our boiler. He took the time to explain the problem, what can go wrong with boilers of our model etc. Couldn???t ask for a better service!

Paul responded to our request for help with a plumbing and heating issue. He came within 24 hours to make an initial evaluation. Based on this he returned within 48 hours and fixed the problem completely. We had been trying to get a plumber for about 12 months and each time we were unable to get support. It needed someone who could work with both heating and plumbing. To say we were delighted with his response response and technical expertise would be an understatement.

We called Paul on a Saturday afternoon after having no hot water. He arrived within the hour and gave us a temporary fix until Monday. He returned on time as promised and installed a new timer and heating thermostat panel for hot water and heating controls. He also solved the very confusing wiring system that had been done incorrectly by a previous trade and we now have an efficient and upto date working system. Highly reccomend.
