Ive been using Bramshaw for years and couldnt recommend them enough. They have always made me feel listened to and prioritised. As a single mother it is comforting to have such a reliable company that I can trust. Keep doing what you're doing!

I was using them for years for my annual gas boiler service and it kept having issues between services and when I asked why, they said that my boiler isn't good and it's one of the cheap ones and perhaps I should replace it. This year I got someone else to service it, he's much cheaper too, and he said Ideal is one of the best brands for boilers and my boiler is in a good condition and very easy to service and fix. In my opinion small businesses are better for such things

Bramshaw spent three days in my home in September 2025 removing separate boiler and hot water units, and replacing them with a combi boiler (the time taken was in part attributable to having to install new piping). Ryan from Bramshaw did the bulk of the work and was great. Professional and polite, and very patient in explaining what he was doing and how the new system worked to a layperson like me. Various other members of the team were in and out doing various related tasks - I saw / spoke to them a lot less but we couldn't be happier with what they've done. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for heating and plumbing work in the future. Thanks very much for ensuring we've had a warm winter in our house lads!

We recently had a leak from a shower pump which poured water into our Ideal boiler. I contacted Bramshaw's who sent an engineer the same day to stop the leak. The boiler has been in place for 30 years and we decided to replace boiler, hot and cold water tanks with a Worcester Bosch pressurised system. The work was carried out over a weekend by Ryan and Dylan, both were knowledgeable, amenable and their workmanship was high quality. We have been impressed with Bramshaw's as a company- very responsive, trustworthy and the staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful. Huge thank you for the works carried out, the system we now have in place is so much better than what we had previously- credit to Ryan and Dylan for their quality workmanship.

I recently asked Bramshaws to quote me for replacing an elderly Baxi gas fired back boiler/gas fire, and remove an old immersion cylinder and install an up to date Worcester gas fired combi central heating system in our recently purchased property in Taunton. They have also replaced an old electric shower with a boiler fed Mira Shower, and updated the bathroom cistern with new internal valves. The new pipework had to quite literally be brought from one side of the house to the other. A difficult route with tight access. We know it was very hard work. I cannot speak highly enough of the work that has been carried out by Bramshaws engineers. Thanks to Matthew for a very good job, well done. Both Ryan and his apprentice Dylan, worked their socks off on what we now appreciate was a very difficult installation. These guys were always on time, polite, and both friendly and professional. My wife and I can now look forward to nice hot showers and a warm winter. Top firm, and very highly recommended. Thank you. ????
