After having boiler issues I sent an enquiry on the website and was contacted within a couple of hours to book in an engineer that afternoon. John came round and found the issue straight away. He was very efficient and knowledgeable and an all round top bloke. Couldn???t have asked for better service. Definitely recommend and will be using again for all future services or issues.

Our boiler replacement was done very quickly the workmanship was without fault and everything was left clean and tidy. Communication was excellent, the price was right and there was no delay. We would certainly use Ignite again and fully recommend them.

Our existing boiler had seen better days???.load, noisy and very inefficient. Ignite came to the rescue from our ongoing misery with a cold house. Jamie had come round to survey our existing heating setup and advised how it could be improved. This visit was thorough. We then had a quote which was very competitive and came through a day or so after the survey. Prior to giving the go ahead for the boiler installation, we had constant dialogue with Leeanne who was able to respond to our queries in a very efficient manner. All aspects to our needs were met including having a gas hob fitted. On the day of the installation, the team consisted of Dave, Matt, Jamie and a young lad (apologies we can???t recall his name). They were a friendly hard working team. It was a pleasure to have them here. They did a fabulous job to us. It is always hard to find someone you can trust and rely on when it comes to boilers. Boiler replacement was done quickly from quote to installation. Ignite were very organised and professional throughout, great communication and always turned up on time. Left the place tidy and the new installation looks great! Will definitely use again for future work! Thanks everyone.

Excellent and competitive quote to replace a boiler and three radiators. Scott kindly arranged for the fitting to be done within a couple of days of making contact and visiting. Jamie & Sam who completed the fit, were both pleasant & polite and worked extremely hard. Their work was conducted in an efficient and clean manner. Leeanne was polite, efficient and courteous during all communication. I would highly recommend Ignite. Thank you to you all.
