   We have been using Alira Heating Limited as our gas engineers for over a year now and have been beyond impressed with the service we receive from them. Whether it's for our commercial business or our residential properties, Alira show up every time and get the job done. It's so refreshing to have contractors who can be completely relied upon. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, reliable - everything they do makes my job easier and I never have to worry that they won't get the job done. They are also super efficient when it comes to paperwork and their communication, particularly via Jessica in the office, is exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend Alira to anyone...in fact I do all the time!! I'm so glad I found these guys, they are worth their weight in gold!

   5 Star Service from Ashley & Team, they helped with my new business set up, putting in 33metres plus of gas pipe in so I can run a spray booth. The service was great, Ashley & Team fit me in very quickly, when I know they was quite busy to do so, they did an amazing job and went beyond, staying late so it was all done in a day for me. Even checking in to make sure everything was okay. Proper great humans, who care about what they are doing. I can not recommend Alira enough!    Last October our old boiler was playing up - we contacted Alira Heating and were impressed with their professionalism and honesty, it was made clear to us that our boiler etc could be repaired and probably last another 6-12 months. Due to our circumstances we opted for a new boiler and Hive to operate the system. The installation went smoothly and we???re are very happy with the system and service. We are not technically great and have on a couple of occasions needed help to talk us through an issue - Ashley talked us through politely and professionally, he called in on his way home from another job just to check all was ok. I am very happy to recommend Alira heating and Ashley. Thank you.

   Removed 40 year old boiler, fitted new modern one at other end of house. also removed 3 water tanks from loft and changed us over to preasure fed hot water. Removed about 100 feet of redundent water pipes in the process :) They spent lots of time bending the pipes so everything looked tidy and square, even in under the floorboards. Also left just enough room for a new washing machine.
