Carl has recently completed a full bathroom re-fit for us. It was a very small bathroom and Carl had to make the most of the space to ensure we could fit in a walk in shower together with a stand alone bath. It was a massive challenge but one that was achieved with great results, despite the extremely hot weather he had to work in! We are very pleased with it. Would highly recommend.

Carl has been professional and acted in good faith for the multiple times I???ve used him now, including not charging me for my most recent job as it was just a small one. My go-to guy in Exeter!

Carl has always helped me out whenever I???ve had issues both at home and in my business. His popped in between jobs to help me out in emergencies at my business. His knowledgeable when it comes to ideas with refurbs and amending current plumbing. I recommend him a lot!

After previously failing to seal the bath correctly, which led to a leak and roof cracks, Karl returned today to reseal it. He was unprofessional and rude from the moment he entered. Upon inspecting his work, I found the bath panel improperly sealed, with old sealant left on the walls and floor, and only half the panel sealed down the wall. I learned online that the bath should be filled for 24 hours to help the new sealant set, which he didn???t do???he just advised avoiding the bath for 24 hours. The job and his attitude were highly unprofessional. See the photos of the poor finish. I could have done a better job myself. Other reviews suggest this isn't the first time time Carl has caused water damage from not doing his job properly.

Carl has just completed fitting our new bathroom and I must say he has been fantastic from start to finish. Prior to any work being completed he was very helpful with informing us on what we needed to purchase, what was compatible and what would and wouldn't work. Carl was working in conjunction with 2 other tradesmen and was always here when needed at every point of the project which due to the age of the house wasn't easy at times but this didn't pose a problem for Carl. If at any point we where unsure of the next step or we needed him to solve an issue Carl was very easy to contact and was very quick to respond. The end result is absolutely fantastic and we are over the moon with how the renovation has come together. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone, if a plumber is what you need, Carl is your man.
