I recently used Wave building services for a bathroom installation after many months of looking around and making a decision on what to do. When I first contacted James, he was friendly, knowledgeable and confident about the job and what I wanted so I ended up picking Wave. It was decided that Declan would be best suited to be the installer of the bathroom and I couldn't be happier with the results. Declan (whos powered by black coffee) ensured the entire project met the criteria from start to finish so make sure you offer him a cup if you can. Also a thank you to Nicole who was always friendly over the phone and kept me updated and Mike along with Sam who helped out with various bits. Overall a great experience! Very happy to recommend Wave- from first contact to completion the service has been smooth and efficient. Communication is excellent. Nicole in the office is friendly and goes the extra mile; confirmation messages are sent by email and text. Appointment time was kept accurately and everything went well with Mike???s work. Although this was a small job I???d be happy to call Wave again for further work on the house.

We have been very pleased with Wave's work in our house. From the beginning, we were involved in detailed conversations about our needs and we're glad to receive good advice at each point by Wave engineers. The work was undertaken very carefully and within the timeframe we had planned. If things needed to change, they always asked us and their work was characterised by professional care taken at each stage. They left the house each day tidy and the finish at the end, not only in the bathroom but also on the stairs, landing and hallway was immaculate. Fully deserved 5 star service. Thank you!

What a transformation, my bathroom has taken under the team @ Wave Building Services. A most professional and friendly team you could hope to meet.James,Declan Mike & Sam are the team you need for your new bathroom 5 stars around...

We contacted James to discuss plans to completely redesign our main bathroom. James was super helpful and was happy to go through with us different plans for the layout. We completely trusted James with design ideas and I can only say it???s the best thing we did - it has far exceeded our expectations and I still cannot believe it???s actually our bathroom! James and the whole team were extremely professional and kept us updated throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for creating us the perfect bathroom - we???ll be in touch next year for sure when we do our kitchen, I know it will be in safe hands!
