Steve came to us today to fit a new boiler lovely chap he was here prompt and has done a brilliant clean tidy and hard worker .

I asked Steve to come and service the very old boiler in a recent house purchase. When he arrived he identified some issues within the boiler that would need replacing, but I didnt feel it was worth doing when I was contemplating buying a new one anyway. Steve then said that it wasnt worth spending the money on the service if I was going to do that, which I thought was super cool as he was already there and could have charged me for it anyway. We discussed what boiler would be the most suitable and he DIDNT try and get me to buy the most expensive one, he in fact suggested that the cheapest one would be more than enough for what I required. He gave me a quote and arranged to fit the boiler less than a week later. He came to the house when he said he would, he kept me informed of what was happening, and did a really great job leaving me with a new shiny boiler. There are a few more important things id like to mention that I think have set Steve head and shoulders above any other gas safe engineer I may have found... This all happened over the Xmas period, the day he initially came out I also had a new washing machine delivered that was meant to be installed NOTHING TO DO WITH PRECISION PLUMBING AND HEATING. As It turned out these chaps broke a tap, and left me without any water, I didnt know what to do so I called the only plumber I had met in the area- Steve and not only did he pop up the next day to sort the mess up the other people had made, he also installed my washing machine as he was there, this was on a Sunday, and he didnt charge me. This I consider to be worth far more than the 5 stars I am able to give here- he had 4 opportunities to make more money from me 1- he could have charged me for the service call out 2- he could have tried to sell me the top of the range boiler 3- he could have told me that I needed lots more pipe work etc than the original quote 4- he could have charged for a Sunday call out, plus installation of the washing machine I really appreciated that he didn't do that, he did all the work over the xmas period and is a really pleasant chap, didnt try to make me feel stupid, and made a fuss of my dog. Steve has just replaced our old back boiler with a new combi. He has done an excellent job hiding all the pipework so there was hardly any redecorating to do afterwards. His quote for the work was also very competitive. We found him reliable, hardworking and professional. Can't fault his work and would have no problem recommending him.

My boiler broke down in January so it was essential that it was fixed quickly. I messaged Steve using the details on his website and he replied within an hour. He visited the house the same day and advised that a new boiler was needed as repairs could be difficult and costly. The new boiler was fitted a few days later and was very welcome as it was freezing! I would happily recommend Steve and will definitely contact him in future for servicing etc.

Steve was absolutely fantastic, diagnosed and quoted the same evening I called and ordered a replacement boiler as soon I ok???d (late on a Friday). He then prepped Monday and fitted it as soon as it came in on Tuesday. He was 100% professional, polite and approachable for all queries. He took his time to explain properly how it worked, despite being incredibly busy. Everything was left spotless afterwards, hoovered and rubbish removed. 100% satisfied and recommended. Thanks Steve!
