We have used Moreheat to service our boiler for the past 10 years. They are very professional and courteous when carrying out the service.

I had Ryan come out and sort out my problem temporarily. But also he rectified the damage caused by the incompetent plumber from ian Williams..Ryan was clean efficient and had excellent manners . Thank you moreheat. Kind regards ??????

Wow what an amazing guy! Stuart the plumber! What a lucky group MD are to have this gentleman working for them! Kind, helpful, friendly absolute pleasure to have him over. He really cares about leaving the house with no hot water or heating! He understood that it would be awful to leave my family in the middle of the winter December with boiler. Like he really cared! When does that happen....never! First time over 2/3 hours he was so frustrated with himself he couldn't finish it, he left a heater so we didnt freeze to death. It made a massive difference it heated the whole downstairs. Second night he came back for 2/3 hours he tried so hard bless his heart! Couldn't do it as the boiler needed new parts! Come the third day he came with the new parts and fixed it! Whoop whoop ???????????????????????????????????? my hero! Seriously amazing guy i think he was amazing really made a difference reminds me that there is kindness in the world still. ???????????????????????????????????? oh yer he definitely deserves a pay rise and needs to finish at 4 from now on ????????????.

From start to finish, Scott, John and their team provided us with 1st class service. The communication, standards, professionalism of the trades, & project management were fantastic. We had a complete bathroom renovation and they were tidy, on time, great at problem solving and guided us through the process so we knew what to expect and when. Available on the end of the phone & text daily which was really appreciated. They made it hassle free and a pleasure to get the job done despite the obvious upheaval!
