Richard has absolutely transformed our bathroom and we couldn't be happier with the results. He was extremely helpful from the day we first reached out, listening to our ideas and suggesting ways we could improve our design. He was conscious of our budget and never pushed us but instead signposted us to alternative cost-effective and reliable brands, even going so far as to supply equivalents for us all at very reasonable prices. He removed our old bathroom, plastered, tiled, installed new flooring, installed an electric towel rail, shower pump, extractor fan, sink, bath, mirror, mixer shower, and toilet himself, also disposing of the old bathroom for us all within a couple of weeks. He even replaced a very old windowsill with tile for us, which was not discussed at the quoting stage but he offered to do so when he spotted how worn it was. It is evident how experienced he is, all of this really was like clockwork. Richard was also very tidy, cleaning up at the end of each day. We work from home and so were around for the duration and he was always very friendly and pleasant, checking in with us before turning off water and electrics to make sure we were okay with him doing so each time. If you want a high quality bathroom at a fair price, you cannot do better than The Devon Plumber. Thank you very much, Richard!

The Devon Plumber fitted a new WC for my elderly stepfather. Job was done quickly and efficiently, and he did not over-charge him. Turned-up when he said he would. Great job!!

We???re really happy with the work Richard has carried out for us. Two bathrooms and a new water system. He worked quickly and always left the place clean and tidy at the end of the day. We are in an old cottage, not easy to work on and when issues were uncovered, he dealt with them professionally and kept us reassured the whole time. He not only did the plumbing but the finishing too, flooring and making some very dodgy walls look amazing. Richard is polite, patient, approachable and easy to communicate with. The standard of his work is excellent. Wouldn???t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Richard has just finished completely re-fitting our bathroom, and have to say we are very pleased with the result and cannot speak too highly of the way he tackled the job. As well as plumbing, he did tiling, made good the floor ( which had some damage from previous leaks) and fitted vinyl flooring. He always cleaned up immaculately after each day???s work, and his communication was excellent, both before and during the work. We???re happy to recommend him, and he???d be our first choice for any future work.

Couldn???t recommend Rich more highly! He is approachable, friendly, reliable & knowledgeable and was a joy to have working in our home. He replaced our old oil boiler with a new gas boiler & has come back since to service. Thanks Rich!
