   Excellent service from South West Plumbing We recently used South West Plumbing to have all of our radiators updated to anthracite, and we couldn???t be happier with the service we received. We did have one small blip with our order, as one radiator was unfortunately omitted. However, this is now being ordered and will be fitted at a later date, so we???re more than happy with how this has been dealt with. We honestly cannot sing the praises of the fitters/engineers enough. Jack, JJ and Ben were extremely polite, courteous and professional throughout. They worked continuously with absolutely no slacking, which really impressed us. The installation was carried out quickly, efficiently and to an exceptionally high standard. They were also incredibly considerate of our home life, causing as little disruption as possible, and when they had finished, they left everything clean and tidy ??? which makes such a difference. We will definitely be using South West Plumbing again for any future improvements, repairs or work we may need. Thank you very much for providing such a professional, hardworking and courteous service. Highly recommended!

   We have had a heat pump installed with new water tanks and radiators. The service the team and particularly Andrei have provided is fantastic, they have all been efficient, polite, totally trustworthy and extremely hard working; we couldn???t be happier with the work. Right from initial contact through to completion the communication has been great and everything has been done as described/agreed and to the planned time scale. I was on my own with 2 kids (having to leave the team to it when I was at work etc) whilst the actual work was being done; having a team I trusted and felt safe around was such a relief and positive experience. I cannot recommend Southwest Plumbing highly enough and will certainly be using their services when needed in the future. Thank you so much.

   Excellent service from SWP. Our Victorian house that hadn???t had a new heating system in what seemed to be about 40/50 years was not the easiest and we were really worried about finding the right company to deal with the job. Compared to other companies who seemed totally confused at what to do, SWP came in and put our mind at ease. Right from the start this company felt a cut above the rest we???d spoke to- experienced and professional but also felt like a very personal service. Fraser came to fit the new boiler and he was brilliant, got on with the job with no fuss what so ever. He knew exactly what he was doing and he kept our house spotless over the few days. Massive thank you to Roger also who went above and beyond for us , even during some bumps along the way. Highly recommend this company and really glad we???ve now found a great plumbing company we can trust going forward!

   We have just had our bathroom renovated by South West Plumbing. Nathan, the fitter, was absolutely superb. His attention to detail was faultless. Nothing was too much trouble and the end result was fantastic. It made our shabby old bathroom, look brand new.    Cannot recommend the boiler service scheme enough, it saves me so much time and money! For ??6.99 a month they take all the admin out of arranging the service (I don???t even need to remember to call them, they are very proactive and always contact me) and the engineers are always polite, professional and efficient. The last 2 years Dan has done a super job of looking after my elderly boiler, and it???s is performing better than ever! Plus if anything does go wrong I know I have a trusted service to reply in to fix it. Very grateful my neighbours recommended them to me.
