We spoke on the phone about the issue, and I sent photos of the toilet cistern. He said he would order the valve and call me. He never did, and stopped replying to my messages, ignored my call and voicemail. There is another similar review on Check A Trade. He wasted a week of my time giving him the benefit of the doubt when I could have been in contact with a reputable/responsive business.

Absolutely thrilled with the work that Graham has done for us! From replacing all our old lead pipes to installing a new gas central heating system, he has been a total professional every step of the way. Graham is incredibly trustworthy, honest, and dependable???he was upfront about everything, explaining what needed to be done and why, and even going the extra mile to ensure we were fully informed throughout the process. The quality of his work is exceptional???everything is neat, efficient, and exactly how we hoped it would be. We truly felt at ease with Graham working in our home, and his dedication to getting the job done right was evident. We can???t recommend him highly enough and will definitely be calling on him for any future plumbing or heating needs. Five stars all the way!

First rate installation of new kitchen sink and taps. Graham arrived exactly on the day and time he said he would. Excellently installed new sink and taps despite it being a tricky replacement. Very clean working practice and great person to have around.

I have needed HKK Plumbing twice this year, most recent being today. Graham was able to offer immediate helpful advice over the phone and he quickly attended to offer a permanent solution which has resolved the water leak in my kitchen. We were having a trouble with a shower pump in our new house, which was no longer useable. Graham was quick to respond and came out initially to diagnose the problem and offer his advice. The issue was very well explained and he gave a good estimate of the time required to do the job beforehand. I was also able to purchase a replacement pump myself, which saved us some money. The install was very smooth and completed in no time. Now we can enjoy fully working showers, and the pipe installation looks much more professional than before. Would highly recommend Graham, he seemed like and very honest and helpful guy and I will be using him again in the future.
