   I needed an emergency call out for my mother's toilet that was flooding the bathroom. I was in a remote part of Scotland and my mother has dementia. I spoke to David on the phone and although he very busy he said he would speak to his colleague. I was waiting for a call back from David in a spot where I had reception. He texted within a few hours to tell me what the problem was and that the work had all been done. I can't tell you how relieved I was that the problem was resolved quickly and I could resume my holiday. Thank you David. Very much appreciated.

   Contacted this firm without any prior knowledge of them as we had a problem with a toilet (constant running of the flush). David responded and attended very quickly and identified the problem. We chose to replace the whole thing as it was old/looking tired and he quickly obtained all the gear and fitted it. He was hard working, tidy, and punctual and did a very good job. We would certainly recommend him for this type of work.

   Fantastic experience with Absolute Plumbing & Heating. I spoke with David and got a next day appointment. He kept me informed when he was due to arrive, was very polite and considered whilst working on my boiler, and popped out to get a part and fixed it all in the same appointment! He even proactively offered helpful advice for a few other ad hoc problems I had in my house.Reasonable price, happy customer. Will use them again!
