When my old boiler kept breaking down, James was always available to come out and sort the problem at short notice. When it became obvious I needed a new one he installed it with minimum fuss and at a very competitive rate. Five stars.

James installed a new Gas Combi boiler, an Ideal Vogue Max, after carrying out repairs on our old British Gas Boiler. When I rang him to seek advice, he gave it and a quote to replace the old boiler which was extremely competitive. I agreed with his proposal and the work was done within the week. James was very professional in his approach and in carrying out a complicated job. Good to find someone like him in the present climate.

When my boiler broke down on a Friday afternoon l phoned James at Plumb Pro and he arranged a visit for Monday afternoon. A new boiler was required and James installed it on the Thursday. All completed within 7 days! An excellent service. James has been my plumber and gas engineer for many years. James is always very easy to contact, is reliable, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I very highly recommend James.
