   AVOID AVOID AVOID! I phoned this company last night asking for an out of hours plumber to come and replace a split Flexi hose under my kitchen sink. They took payment of ??240 before the plumber was sent out. A man turned up and told me he couldn't do the job because he didn't have a spare hose, in fact he didn't have any spare parts. They totally relied on me to provide the replacement hose, rather than bringing spares along with them as a normal plumber would do. He then told me I should buy the spare hose the next day and fit it myself. Nothing was repaired, it was a total waste of time and money. When I contacted the company to discuss this with them the following morning, they made plenty of excuses and refused to rectify the situation. I asked for an engineer to be sent out to complete the work I had already paid for, and they refused. I then asked for a partial refund, and they refused. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.
