Greg at Omniplumbing is amazing! I was let down by multiple plumbers in Cornwall. I found Greg's number, he answered my call and agreed to squeeze us in the next day to get us back up and running. Really refreshing to have great communication and to then do what you said you would. Thank you so much.

Greg was fantastic, a complete rework of two bathrooms. We were suffering from low water flow, Greg found the fault increased the water pipe diameter to help with the flow. Then remodelled and designed two new bathrooms. Really happy great job and finish. Excellent communicator kept us informed throughout the project.

Greg has been a great person to work with at my house - he has recently fixed my hot water issues swiftly and knocked down a wall and fitted a doorway, explaining carefully his process. Greg is always very reliable and communication is great. I would recommend Greg???s services.

Greg is excellent! Greg has helped me through many emergencies, small jobs and managed massive projects like my barn conversion and my septic tank replacement for me. He???s a delight to work with, always explains things in a way I understand (which must be a challenge given I???m not very practical!) without ever being patronising! He???s easy to get hold of and a superb communicator keeping me well updated throughout projects and involving me appropriately when needed. Nothing seems to ever be too much to ask and he???s always very realistic about time frames for projects and gets them done on time. Omni plumbing suggests Greg is ???just a plumber??? but I???ve seen him turn his hand to almost every trade at some point! Most importantly Greg is exceptionally trustworthy and just an all round great guy!

I called on a Friday morning to explain that my shower pump had packed up, and asked if they might be able to help me out. Greg was very helpful on the phone and explained that he was stacked out with work but would send one of his team to look at the issue in the afternoon. Mark arrived as promised, located the pump and sussed the problem. He ordered a new pump and returned on Saturday morning to replace the broken one. Everything left tidy, fully functioning and as tile work left as good as new! Very impressed!
