Boiler stopped working so I phoned Richard Groves Plumbing and Richard attended immediately. My Ideal boiler is around 22 years old, so not an easy job, but he quickly diagnosed the issue. Richard returned the following morning having ordered and collected the required part, and after some perseverance had everything working again with heating and hot water restored. Prompt, professional, and excellent service throughout. Highly recommended.

New Year???s Eve Eve, we returned to a freezing cold house! A quick call to Richard and he was able to talk me through re-filling and lighting the boiler. I've used Richard Groves Plumbing and Heating Ltd on two occassions to provide Landlord Safty certification. He's reliable, keeps to agreed times and dates and provided clear and prompt paperwork. He's also provided me with some helpful advice on meter repairs when dealing with Utility Providers that have saved me time and money.

Excellent work, reliable, trustworthy and prices are fair. They have been servicing our boiler since they installed in 2019. They always respond to messages/calls and make their appointments. They are efficient, considerate (the place is as clean as they found it). They have even been to do work in our house when we were away. We met when we moved into the house and the boiler failed soon after. It was a cold winter day and we had a 18month old toddler. I had made quite a few calls before I got to them. They were the only ones who could be bothered to help. What I am trying to say is that they are also good people. We highly recommend them ????
