We needed a plumber urgently and Jon was able to help out at short notice. He was very friendly and professional and quickly sorted out our toilet cistern problem for us. We were very pleased with his work and we will certainly not hesitate to use him again when needed. Can highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant! Jon answered an emergency call when our boiler broke, he turned up as planned and fixed it and then booked a date for a full service. During the service he conducted significant diagnostic tests, identified the issue and resolved it. Polite, clean, respectful and reliable. We cannot thank Jon enough and we???re delighted to have made a great contact for future work.

Jon has been excellent in the many years we have been using his services. He replies very promptly to all enquiries and is quick to help in an emergency. Jon is professional, friendly and very helpful. His work has always been of an extremely high standard. I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

Jon is one in a million. A total professional. Reliable, unflappable and genuinely caring towards your needs. We've lost track of how many times we've called Jon out over the last few years. Nothing has been too much trouble. The work is second to none. And most importantly of all, we trust Jon to complete the work safely which is obviously vital when dealing with gas supply and boilers. We highly recommend this service.

John has been looking after our LPG boiler since installation in 2007 so when we moved into the house in 2022, it was the obvious choice to have him continue to do the yearly service for us. He is extremely knowledgeable about LPG boiler systems and has been forthcoming with some helpful advice. Always a pleasure to have John in our home, he???s personable, polite and, probably most importantly, good at what he does. If you need an honest & reliable tradesman, I would certainly recommend John.
