Fantastic 24-hour emergency service. We had a burglar alarm going off at a property we own in York and needed it sorted urgently. The electrician responded quickly, arrived promptly, and had the issue fixed in under an hour. Very professional, efficient, and reassuring. Highly recommend for emergency call-outs! Many thanks.

Very fast response, coming 20 miles in less than an hour to my elderly mother. Very helpful, got on with the job and sorted out the problem having the power back on in just over an hour. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

An emergency callout for a distressed tenant. Very quick response once called after 22.00pm on a Saturday night, 20mins - 30mins ETA. Friendly and professional, knows what he was doing and explained what had happened to the electrics. Documented the issue for reference and forwarded to me for my records. Thank you. We were very impressed with this service.

Araz picked up the phone and came efficiently even though it was late. He was professional and respectful and fixed the faulty alarm quickly and with no mess. I would not hesitate to use his services again. Really brilliant and relieved that my alarm is no longer sounding every minute!

Araz was brilliant on our emergency call out. We contacted him at 20:50 and by 21:15 he was with us. He was very professional and did a top quality job in good time. We will definitely use him again in the event of another emergency, but hopefully I don???t drill through another wire again.
