I rang Shah after discovering a blown fuse on a Saturday morning (8.30am ish). He was at my property within a couple hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me of the problem and gave me some advice. He changed a couple of socket covers while he was at it. He was a polite man who was full of knowledge about his job. Very happy with service and the response time
