Rob provided a fantastic service fitting a new EV charger at my house, he was prompt to respond to me and even moved the fitting forwards by two weeks to accommodate my car arriving sooner than expected. Would highly recommend his work and will use again.

Excellent service cant recommended enought, had ev charger and double outside 240v socket installed Originally contacted pod Point through EDF for EV charge point and after 8-9 weeks they came and did a survey and wanted to put conduit around 2 and a bit walls. As my distribution board is in the middle of the house under the stairs and pod point would not go under floorboards. Contacted Absolutley Electrical tuesday, survey thursday very informative and i could choose any ev manufacturer charger i wanted, quote friday and installed thursday and all the cabling was placed all under the floorboards and I also got outside double 240V socket installed in the same area Finished product was was excellent with no visible cabling in the house as I wanted. Excellent service. Definitely recommend and far better service than the large corporate EV installers.

I had been left in a mess by a company who I had paid to install a new car charger and new consumer unit. They damaged the charger, installed the wrong CU and used incorrect gauge wiring in the meter cupboard. For two months I chased them, to then find that they had gone out of business. Needing help, I contacted Rob at Absolutely Electrical. He said he would come over the next day (Friday) at 9am to inspect the situation and true to his word, arrived on time. Seeing the mess we had been left with, Rob promptly arranged to come the following Monday at 7am. Arriving ahead of time, Rob made the meter cupboard safe, installed a new CU, tested the circuit and provided certification of the work, in just over an hour. The work was completed at an agreed price. I had spent two months worrying and everything was fixed by Rob within 3 working days from first speaking to him. The car charger now works and the quality of work which Rob has completed is outstanding. I am relieved that I made the call. Thank you, Rob, your skills are invaluable.

Sought out a local company after my energy provider wanted me to dig a trench and fix a post for a charger install. Absolutely amazing service provided by rob, and as a one off, his colleague/partner. They educated me more on my EV charger and it???s install far more than my energy provider ever did. Yes it cost more, but worth every penny! Rob and co also took phone calls and queries above and beyond what I would have expected from a company. He was polite, friendly and professional on the day of the install and tidied up after himself. A nice touch of him engaging with my pets and neighbours and for what it???s worth, the postwoman! I will consider Rob for any future electrical work I may need. Top company and top professional.
