To the Management of PowerStart Diagnostics, I am writing to commend the exceptional diagnostic abilities of your Auto electronics technician Danny, following a recent visit to your garage. My experience was a masterclass in technical expertise, particularly concerning the complex digital car industrial electrical systems of European vehicles. I brought in my Mercedes-Benz with a persistent, intermittent electrical fault on radar sensors and other four sensors are fitted to the front of the car. that had confounded two other mechanics. From the outset, Danny approached the challenge with a methodical and insightful mindset. His diagnostic process was not a simple code read; it was a systematic investigation that combined deep system knowledge with advanced diagnostic tools. He efficiently traced the fault to a problematic control module, a finding that was both accurate and precise. What truly sets Danny apart is his specialized understanding of these sophisticated marques. He demonstrated an authoritative knowledge of the unique architectures in both Mercedes-Benz and BMW vehicles, explaining the root cause and his repair methodology with a clarity that was both reassuring and impressive. His skill in fault-finding is a significant asset, turning what is often a frustrating process into a seamless and trustworthy experience. In an industry where true diagnostic specialists are rare, Danny???s performance both electrically and mechanically was remarkable. Please accept my highest praise for his work; he is a clear credit to your team and the primary reason I will be entrusting PowerStart with my BMW service going forward. Sincerely, Ryan Antony

My Citroen Berlingo engine was cutting out when I applied the brake pedal. I???d been to two other garages who cost quite a bit of money replacing parts, but they ultimately couldn???t stop the problem. This guy sorted the problem in one visit and could explain to me what the fault was where as the other garages couldn???t. Highly recommended.

Absolutely thrilled with the service I received. Not only did he fix the initial issue with my car, but he also went above and beyond by addressing several other problems I didn???t even know about. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident, as they identified and resolved issues quickly and efficiently, saving me both time and money in the long run. I had gotten quotes from other garages, but they were nearly double the price. This garage not only offered a much more reasonable price but also went above and beyond quick turnaround were exceptional, and the level of customer care was outstanding ???clear communication, transparent pricing, and a genuine commitment to making sure my car was in perfect working order. I cannot recommend Sal at Power Start Diagnostics enough! After struggling with an issue where my BMW 5 Series wouldn't start following an engine replacement, I visited several local garages with no success. Sal, however, quickly diagnosed the fault and got my engine running smoothly again. His professionalism was outstanding, and he clearly explained the problem and the solution before starting the work. Not only was he thorough and skilled, but he also offered a very fair price upfront, which was a huge relief. If you're looking for the best auto electrician in Blackburn, look no further than Sal at Power Start Diagnostics. He truly knows his stuff and goes above and beyond for his customers. Thank you, Sal!
