From the moment I called, the customer service was excellent. The electrician arrived on time, fully equipped, and ready to work. He quickly diagnosed the electrical fault that had been causing my breaker to trip. Everything was explained clearly, with no hidden costs or confusion. The job was completed neatly and efficiently. I appreciate their honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things right.

Hristiyan was very helpful. Conducted various tests and patiently explained what were the various possible problems. He was polite, professional and helpful.

The EV charger was installed neatly and professionally in the desired location by Ben. He ensured the charger and the app were correctly set up, worked through poor weather, and arrived punctually.
