I contacted Kelvin at 247Electrician about an electrical issue I was having. He arranged a visit promptly, identified that the RCD had failed, and replaced it straight away, making everything safe again. Due to the age of my property, I also asked Kelvin to carry out an EICR. He was extremely professional throughout and clearly takes electrical safety seriously while looking after his customers. He explained all of the issues he found, reassuring me that they weren't as major as I had initially feared. He completed the necessary work and brought everything up to the required electrical standards. Kelvin is a true gentleman, and I'm very glad I chose him for the job. I'll definitely be using his services again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy electrician. Thanks again, Kelvin!

I recently hired 24/7 Electrician Group for the electrics on my garage conversion and new shower install, and he was outstanding. He handled all the wiring, lighting, sockets, heating, and wet-room electrics perfectly - neat, compliant, and finished to a high standard. Everything works flawlessly and looks professional. He was reliable, tidy, explained things clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. A real pro who takes pride in his work. Couldn???t recommend him more - top quality and a pleasure to deal with! A+
