Owes us ??400 of repair works required after another engineers inspected his work after installing a new boiler. Refusing to be contacted and pay. Do not use

Amazing how there???s reviews on this installer when he claims not to work and doesn???t appear in court.

Repair lasted less than two weeks, he said he???d come and fix any issues but then proceeded to ignore me for another two weeks. Haven???t managed to get anywhere and now having to get another plumber in.

Ben installed a new boiler for me the next day after my 16 year old boiler finally gave up and started to leak. The service was great from start to finish, at a good price, and he explained everything clearly. Couldn't have wished for a better service.

Boiler installation was completed eventually after several failed attempts. Unfortunately the paperwork for my boiler was taken away by the plumber and he didn???t register the warranty as promised. I???m unable to do so myself as I don???t have the paperwork. Calls and messages now being ignored.
