   I had to contact GBSE emergency plumbing services due to 2 major water leaks at my elderly mothers property ....Rob turned up long story short was able to stop water gushing after being at the property for about 30mins unfortunately though he missed the key part a Stop Cock in the lower part of cupboard underneath the sink if he had found this things would have been so different...I saw him look in the area multiple times but he still missed it.The 2 problems were not completely rectified by him he told me what needed doing so I asked him if he could come back as I was paying an extortionate rate of ??238 P/H plus call out fee/vat/admin fee totalling ?? 433.58p ....he explained that he would charge me ??250 labour + parts then he would be able to fix the problems... The following day I got another reputable plumber come who did all the works for ??140 including parts as what id been told by Rob needed doing Did Not !!!!.... I feel extremely let down by Rob as he came across as a very nice helpful guy ....just feel in our hour of need we were definitely taken for a ride!!!! I would advise if it's not an emergency get at least 2 quotes.

   Rob did my annual boiler check yesterday, and found that it needed a new main gasket - he is the first engineer to tell me that the manufacturers recommend changing it every 5 years. He was able to return today to replace the defective part. I found him to be very pleasant, and efficient. He explained things clearly and soon had the boiler running perfectly.
