A water stain appeared overnight on our kitchen ceiling. Liam arrived swiftly on the same day after we called, identified we most likely didn???t have a leak and the stain was caused by residual water from a recent repair another plumber had carried out. Very happy as he didn???t try to get us to complete unnecessary works and was very professional.

Excellent service from start to finish. The gas engineer was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He carried out the work in my home to a very high standard, taking the time to explain everything and ensuring I was completely happy before leaving. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, and it was reassuring to see how much care and attention was given to both safety and detail. The work area was left clean and tidy, and everything was completed exactly as promised. It???s not always easy to find reliable tradespeople, but this experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled gas engineer. Five-star service throughout.

Declan James Estates have been dealing with UK Gas for over six months, and the company has been extremely professional in every way. Communication is excellent, quotes are always clear and transparent, and the workmanship is second to none. Any questions I have are answered promptly over the phone, and I deal with Liam on a regular basis, who is always helpful and efficient. I have also received great feedback from both tenants and landlords regarding how quickly and professionally jobs are completed. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

The guys at UK Gas Group have been great. We had our boiler installed with them a year ago and have since had an annual service. We recently experienced a low pressure issue, which Liam took the time to thoroughly explain to me. Andrew has also been great each time he???s been round. Their communication is great, and their service mate platform is easy to use and works well. Overall, I???d recommend these guys to anyone.

I can???t recommend UK Gas highly enough! From start to finish, the communication was absolutely brilliant. Leighton and Liam kept me informed every step of the way, explaining the process clearly and answering all my questions with patience and professionalism. They moved the boiler to a new location and installed it to an incredibly high standard. The job was done efficiently, with great attention to detail, and the end result is flawless. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of work and service they provided. What really stood out was how well they liaised with my builder, who was working on the same job (kitchen extension). They worked seamlessly together, ensuring everything ran smoothly and on schedule (Boiler/ pipework move, installation, first fits, completion etc). They even tidied up after themselves, leaving everything spotless. It???s rare to find tradesmen who are not only highly skilled but also so approachable, friendly, and fair in their pricing. If you???re looking for reliable, professional service at a great price, UK Gas is the team to call. Leighton and Liam did a fantastic job, and I???ll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you, UK Gas, for such a positive experience!
