Cristian had previously serviced our boiler and we were impressed with his skillset and attitude, so when we needed a new boiler installed he was the obvious choice. Technically he really knows his stuff and is helpful, professional, tidy and respectful. He turns up when he says he will - a big plus these days! As well as fitting the new boiler he flushed the radiators and checked the whole system was working perfectly. We are very happy customers and highly recommend him.

Cristian from Coastline Gas Solutions was highly recommended to us for boiler servicing. During his first visit, he immediately discovered serious installation issues with our boiler, which had been installed two years ago by another company, as well as a small gas leak. He advised us to contact the original installers, but we asked him to handle the repairs instead. Cristian managed to find time very quickly, fixed all the problems professionally, issued the invoice right away, and even sent us a schedule for the next service. So pleased we've found someone we can rely on for our annual boiler service, as we haven't been very lucky in the past. Cris was very helpful and friendly, with other advice regarding general plumbing issues too, which is something we will use him for in the future.

The GAS engineer is highly skilled and efficient. He came to me on a cold day when my boiler stopped working, and no one else was available to help. Despite the high demand, he was able to quickly fix my boiler and solve a leaking radiator issue. He also took the time to service my boiler while he was there, which was a great added bonus. I would highly recommend this engineer to anyone in need of GAS services. He is reliable, professional and truly goes above and beyond to help his clients.
