Will helped me out today. I had just moved in to a new house and the heating wasnt working. He was quick to respond and helped me get it up and running again.

I???ve dealt with smart gas now for many years, Will is always so helpful and unbelievably knowledgeable. I wouldn???t use anyone else! Always there when he says he will be and never ever lets you down! I would highly recommend to anyone! 5 HUGE STARS!

I have been using Will for our heating/boiler for a number of years and can't fault him. Initially used him to assist with issues with an old boiler then about 3 years ago he installed a new boiler for us which he now services annually. I'm sure he must take time off at some point but whenever we've needed him, he's always on hand. He's skilled and his prices are very competitive. After our last service we needed some parts replaced under warranty. Will handled all the communication with baxi and it was all sorted with no effort from me. Most recently, he came out same day (on a weekend) to look at an error code on the boiler. Thankfully it just needed a reset (which I'd tried and failed to do myself) and he very kindly didn't charge as he was already in the area, Would highly recommend.

Will came out when our electrics tripped off and had no boiler working due to a leak. Issue was fixed the same day, communication was great and he was very friendly and approachable throughout. Would definitely recommend.

I had a new boiler fitted, plus new pipe work, a power flush and a gas fire dismantled. The work was done by Will from Smart Gas who did a fantastic job, he turned up on time and was very professional and informative. The work was done to a very high standard he worked very hard and left everything clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I would recommend this company for their efficiency and reasonable prices. Thanks Will
