Brilliant service today from Platinum Gas! Booked in for a standard boiler service but he was able to identify and rectify an issue quickly! Clearly knowledgeable and experienced. Will definitely be back for annual boiler servicing ????

This guy is a bit of a let me down. Booked a job to be done, cancelled, have attempted contact since the cancellation and no reply. Not sure why and the above is just my opinion but now urgently need to look for n alternative engineer to attend as a result of this guys actions. Not great.

Very reliable, very efficient and left the area as he found it. Turn up when we agreed at the right day and time. Can???t fault his service thank you

Been waiting 3 weeks for my boiler to be fixed by a local engineer, couldn???t wait any longer so I rang platinum gas he was here with in 2 hours and problem solved. Absolutely brilliant service, highly recommended, my new boiler engineer from now on.
