Our system boiler wasn't firing up for hot water, Steve turned up quickly on time and fixed the issue the same day, excellent service.

??????????????? I recently had my boiler replaced by Steve at R/S Engineers and couldn't be more impressed. I contacted him on a Thursday evening and by Friday morning he was already there assessing the situation ??? that kind of responsiveness is rare. Steve was completely transparent throughout: he showed me clear evidence of why the boiler needed replacing, walked me through my options, and provided a detailed quote. I did my due diligence and compared with five other companies ??? the pricing was similar across the board, but no one came close to what Steve included in his package. His quote covered a double filter, flue, and a smart gateway to control our heating remotely from our phone. On top of that, he flushed the system and primed the radiators ??? the full job done properly. If you live locally and need a reliable, knowledgeable engineer for your plumbing or heating, Steve is absolutely your man. Highly recommend!

Awesome work, really impressed with an absolutely fantastic service! Yesterday we had a boiler emergency and Steve and his colleague came out promptly, in fact within 10 mins of getting our call, this immediately put us at ease. From start to finish they were professional, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly, working efficiently, and they left everything clean and tidy afterwards. It???s great to find a company you can genuinely trust, especially in an emergency. We couldn???t fault the service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

We had a boiler emergency and was recommended R/S Gas Services. Steve came out and found the problem and addressed the issue quickly and at a fair price. We recently had our en-suite refurbished and are so pleased with the results. During the process we encountered a few issues, such as mold due to a leak and a few broken tiles. All of which was dealt with quickly and efficiently and left with a great end result! Thanks again to Steve and the team!
