Qasim came to sort a lack of heating at my mothers house via the CORGI home service. She has not stopped singing his praises since. He came, identified the problem, went and picked up a new part (rather than ordering it and coming back another day), came back and fixed the problem. I am told that he was very polite, respectful and professional. He did the job quickly, efficiently and with no drama. So, highly recommended by Mrs Adams... and that is high praise indeed! Thank you for looking after her Qasim.
