Ben did a fantastic job repairing a faulty boiler, it was a bit of a challenge as the problem wasn???t that straight forward. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained in detail all the necessary steps for the repair. He???s also a really nice guy, will definitely be calling him back in the future. Highly recommend.

Very grateful to Ben for his quick response and repair on my boiler. Also helped fix a couple of other small issues while he was there. Good communication with me and my tenants also. Would recommend.

Ben was friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job fixing the pressure loss on my combi boiler. His in-depth knowledge and desire to repair rather than replace really sets him apart. Highly recommended.

Moved to this house in November 2020. We first contacted Ben for some advice about our heating and boiler controls with a view to him doing a service on our gas fire and boiler later in the year. Ben's advice was clear and spot on and did not charge us for this. Since then he has serviced the fire and the boiler and in both cases had to go way beyond a normal service given the neglected state of the equipment. We are very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend his services

Ben is a reliable and very personable plumber with a real attention to detail. He clearly knows his stuff and communicated clearly with me all the way through an entire new central heating system installation. The radiators and pipework look stunning. Thanks Ben!
