I found Mike by chance through a web search when my boiler failed on Christmas Eve 2024 and amazingly he came out between Christmas and New Year and sorted it out. Since then I have used Mike to service my boiler annually. Mike is the best gas engineer I have ever used; very reliable, knowledgeable, punctual, great communication, and a very friendly person. If you need your boiler serviced by someone who really takes a pride in their work I would recommend contacting SWR plumbing.

Soooo, Mike is a godsend. This chap goes above, beyond and then some. Our house is toastie with a boiler that is over 2 decades old and hopefully will keep going some. Mike knows his stuff and some. Thank you ????

Mike has been servicing our boiler for a few years and always does an excellent job. He explains things well, is tidy and professional with great communication and customer service. I would highly recommend.

I purchased my property 5 years ago and needed a new boiler and radiators. Mike came happily provided 2 quotes to save me money for me to see how much buried/surface piping costs. I was very happy with the prices, and he installed everything to an outstanding finish. Mike works professionally and provides certificates after installation, he writes annual service in the booklet too . Mike is approachable and he is willing to recommend experienced professionals for small jobs i.e electrics. I highly recommend Mike's plumbing service.

SWR plumbing as a company have been outstanding whenever I have used them. They are thoroughly professional and polite to deal with. They have been flexible to come and see me when I had an emergency. I have used them 4 times now and have nothing but good things to say. Mike the plumber is excellent and the work has been top quality. They are efficient, with great friendly service. I have received nothing but excellent work. The price is very competitive and I would 100% recommend them to anyone.
