   I have used Glowzone several times for my boiler service and have been happy with them. I recently called them out to do another boiler service and also fit mixer taps and a shower hose on my bath. The shower head which I specifically said I needed replacing did not fit the existing bracket on the wall . When I complained , the manager, Leone ended the phone call abruptly. She then sent me an email saying I shouldn't expect the shower to be attached to the wall and offered to fix it by charging me another ??57 for another yet another new shower head . She was extremely rude and tried to mis interpret our original conversation. I choose them out of loyalty but will never be using them again . Another company assured me that they would have fitted the right shower head bracket on the wall as standard , since everyone expects to be able to put the shower unit both on top of the taps and on the wall.

   This company is fantastic. We had a broken pipe, with water spraying everywhere under mains pressure, and they got to us in less than half an hour, and made the repair in another half hour. Brilliant. And very helpful people too, from the plumber who did the work to the man who answerwd our phonecall

   Glowzone are always incredibly helpful, professional and polite. They have been servicing my boiler for over 5 years now and are always on time and never leave any mess. They have performed gas safety tests, fitted a complete new boiler system (at a great price), and done several plumbing jobs in the kitchen and bathroom for me. They are my go-to plumbing and central heating company and I recommend them 100%. Absolutely know their stuff and are always happy to help.

   I have used Glow zone several times. The engineers are very efficient . Recently my boiler packed up and I gave Glow zone a call around 8.30 am and they were able to send an engineer around 12 and he was there on time and found out the boiler needed a new fan. Luckily one was on stock which he managed to pick up and make the boiler work gain around 2ish. This is the quickest time ever one could get the boiler fixed. Great service. I would strongly recommend.

   We had a complex plumbing problem that needed a knowledgable plumber to rectify - Jesse from Glow Zone spent time assessing and researching what was needed and came up with a solution that was far beyond our expectations. He worked late to get the job done and was cheerful and happy to explain exactly what he was doing and why as well as how to maintain our new system. We are exceptionally happy with his work and Glowzone - Leone in the office is also great to deal with - and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
