Jaime responded to a weekend call out where we had no running water, arrived promptly and resolved the issue temporarily to get us some water back before returning on Monday with the correct parts to do a full repair. He was friendly, courteous and efficient

Highly recommend using Jaime for all your plumbing needs. He has gone out of his way twice to attend a toilet leak issue. The second call out I was coming apart myself, but Jaime was so kind and understanding of the situation. He identified the problem, fixed the leak and charged more than a reasonable rate, all in a speedy timeframe and with the utmost professionalism.

Brilliant from start to finish, outstanding work, tidy, and professionally. Cleaned up after himself. But the best thing was he was much cheaper than all the other quotes. Honestly their number is saved in my phone and I won't be using anybody else. Thank you for the hard work. 10/10

We phoned Jaime Sunday lunchtime and in 10 minutes he had arrived. He was very polite and had a calm nature. Dealt with the problem in a professional manner and explained what had happened and how it would be resolved. Highly recommend.

Jaime was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I received an initial inspection, invoice and quote fir repairs within 24 hours of my initial call and the price for the callout and quote were very reasonable. Very grateful for his help and expertise!
