Absolutely AMAZING! Sam came short notice on a Saturday afternoon when he was on his way home after a busy day. To help us with a pigeon that was stuck behind our gas fire. He didnt know what to expect and it ended up being a bigger job than I originally thought. Having to remove and disconnect the whole gas fire. We rescued the pigeon who was relieved to fly away unharmed! And then Sam had to wait whilst I removed a ton of debris from behind the fire and then had to reinstall and put fire back together again and test it. What a brilliant service all for an excellent price given it was an emergency, a Saturday, and he was heading home. We are so grateful and now thankful to have his details for the future. Sam did a boiler service and gas safety inspection for me. He also very kindly installed my CO monitor which I had bought in advance and bled my radiators at no extra cost. He was responsive and the whole process was quick and easy. Thank you Sam!
