Steve , was very friendly and efficient. He kept me informed throughout the experience and fixed all my boiler problems . He arrived on time and I would highly recommend his work.

Steve replaced a leaking PulsaCoil unit with a more modern water heater. He turned up on time, did the job efficiently, and was friendly and informative throughout. He arranged for the disposal of the old unit, checked everything was working, cleared up before he left, and even sent a text a bit later to check the water was heating up as expected. Highly recommended.

Steve turned up already with the parts, got started straight away, he resolved my broken boiler, he altered his diary to get to us as I told him we had children in the house. Really great service, would highly recommend. Also clean tidy and friendly. Thank you Steve.

Absolutely dreadful, did not know what he was doing, said boiler had no power supply (rubbish, it comes on like clockwork twice a day to heat my water), made my 80yr old frail father with a dodgy arm climb into the loft, slapped condemned stickers on it, left all the covers off, and left. My plumber then came, nothing wrong with the boiler. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
