Mr Mo Ashraf is a brilliant gas technician. I had a leak in my 16 year old Worcester boiler and was expecting to be told that I needed a new one. However Mo decided that a replacement part may fix the problem. Indeed it did and he fully explained to me exactly what he was doing at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone that requires a boiler repair or service and I personally will use him again in the future. Excellent 5 Star service. Thanks, Malcolm Gregory

Great job :) Mo came out very quickly and discussed the job with me in detail before deciding on the best steps to take. He was honest and realistic about the problems with my heating system and made sure I understood what was going on! The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend

Very satisfied and pleased with the service provided by Mo. I had issue with my boiler and needed an urgent repair as the heating system had failed. He arrived within 2 hours of contacting him. Fixed the boiler issues and serviced it. Explained what was wrong with the boiler. Did his job wonderfully. Very kind spoken and professional. If I encounter any issues with boiler in future will definitely get back to him. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Mo has been professional, friendly and efficient throughout. He kindly advised us on what boiler to pick and the process of fitting it was seamless too. Would recommend Mo to anyone and will be asking Mo to service our boiler each year moving forward ??????

Mo was clear and transparent with all the work he did. He explained the issues with my boiler really well and the work that needed to be done. When additional parts were needed, he sourced it straightaway and fixed everything first thing the next day. And extremely reasonable prices as well! Couldn???t recommend more !
