Great annual service and replacement of our, occasional use, heated towel rail element. It had started to leak and also blew the fuse. We had an existing service appointment which Matt was happy to add a supply and fit quote for the element which I was very happy with. On the day Olly arrived on time and carried out the replacement of the element first. He checked that the power rating of the new towel rail element was the same as the original. He isolated and drained the towel rail, took it off the wall, fitted the new element and tested it. He was a very careful and tidy worker. From making the service booking, to quoting for the replacement towel rail element and doing the work, everyone I dealt with was prompt and courteous. I can thoroughly reccomend Total Energy Services!

Excellent, reliable service. Ollie and Rueben did a great job for us, they were very efficient, friendly, and left the house clean and tidy - our system was a bit tricky, with old micro bore pipe work and we do get an airlock but it was no hassle for them to come back and they fixed everything - good office communication throughout - I would highly recommend Total Energy to anyone looking for a service, or new boiler installation works

Reuben and Ollie did a fantastic job on fitting our boiler whilst we were on holiday. We???ve returned to a fully working system again, their workmanship was excellent. Highly recommended for any boiler / heating issues - these guys are awesome and knowledgable. Eric

TES arrived within a couple of hours to assess my small yet persistent leak. The next day everything fixed all new connections and valves- very professional and a job well done.

The plumbers did a wonderful job and the team of 4 worked well together. They needed brilliant problem solving skills as my house is a little unusual. Even my pets gave them a stamp of approval.I love the look of the new shower and would like to thank Rob for his idea of using a printed screen.
