2nd time I've used STS, this time a complete reorganisation and refit of entire bathroom. Neat and tidy work, helpfull and polite with great communication. Would be happy to use again.

I???ve had toilet issues for years, so I contacted jacob (on his day off) and he came round 20 mins after i got off the phone. Very quick and reliable.

????I recently moved into a new home and quickly discovered my boiler was leaking ??? not the best start! I got in touch with Jacob Mansi at STS Bathrooms, and he was brilliant from the outset. He came out promptly and had the issue resolved the very next day, which immediately put my mind at ease. Not long after, I then discovered there was also a gas leak, which was understandably very worrying. I contacted Jacob again, and both him and his father, Shane, responded straight away. They acted quickly and professionally, installing completely new piping in under two days. Their efficiency was impressive, and their pricing was very competitive. Most importantly, I felt completely safe and comfortable having them in my home. They were respectful, trustworthy, and clearly take pride in their work. The finish was excellent, they neatly covered the new pipework so everything looks tidy and seamless, and they left my house spotless afterwards. Communication was also faultless. They provided an invoice the same day I requested it and were incredibly easy to deal with throughout the whole process. On top of that, they???re both genuinely friendly, polite, and approachable. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Jacob and Shane at STS Bathrooms, fantastic service from start to finish!
