Gaz worked quickly and was knowledgeable. He explained and showed me parts he was replacing so that I could see that he wasn't replacing boiler parts simply to up the cost. I contacted him because he had such good reviews, and he didn't disappoint. 5 well-deserved stars.

Stunning Service. I went to my elderly Ma's today and found she had no hot water. I looked in the boiler and this company's name was in there so I called them. Turns out the Company has relocated miles away..... the guy on the phone talked me through how to fix the boiler (around 30 minutes on the phone), with no asks for money, absolute genuine ,caring company....Thank You Sooooo much GSR, you saved the day, and you are Stars...xx

Gaz fixed a fault on our boiler. It wasn???t easy to identify the cause of the fault and he had to make several trips to us and for parts. He was really careful to show me the wear and tear on parts replaced and did not replace anything unnecessarily, including avoiding changing an expensive part before first trying replacing the connecting part, which thankfully worked. He is friendly, responsive and charged fairly.
