I recently had a brand new boiler installed and Robbie and his team couldn't have been anymore accommodating as well as punctual. I contacted him Monday and work completed by Saturday. I would highly recommend these guys!

The gas engineer arrived on time, he was very welcoming very professional, whilst he examined our boiler he explained what and why he was checking, he fixed our Worcester bosh boiler in good time , now we have hot water and the heating comes on when we want it to. Thank you so much

Found Direct Heating a great company to deal with. They were very helpful from start to finish. Provided a clear quote and overview of the work to be done. The installation team (Max and Jimmy) were very professional and friendly. The work was done to a very high standard and everything cleaned thoroughly after. Would totally use them again. Thanks!

I was umming and ahhing about what boiler to get or whether to fix my elderly one. I have had very mixed experiences with plumbers in the past. Eventually I decided to replace my fifteen year old Worcesterwith a new Worcester combi. I looked for someone to do the job online and a week and a half later I am so pleased with my decision. I have had the gas pipe from the meter into the house upgraded and a brand spanking new 35L Greenstar 8000 fitted. My shower feels like a power shower and is hotter than ever. I am happy that my boiler won't let me down this winter or for the next 12, due the the warranty that came with it subject to annual services. I also now have a magnetic filter that is busy cleaning the system as it goes. And if something does go wrong I know the team at Direct heating installations have my back. A professional service from filling in the online form to tidying up afterwards. Great value. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you Matt, Tom, Jimmy, Mike and of course the wonderfully helpful Denise.

All I can say is what an absolutely superb company to deal with. When Jimmy the engineer arrived he was absolutely fantastic and installed our new boiler with so much care, professionalism and diligence. Matt is awesome. Denise is fabulous! I highly praise this company. They provide the highest standard and are absolutely amazing. Thank you so much. There???s not many authentic, genuine and honest companies like this about anymore. Simply the best. I sincerely mean that.
