Chris was great, came out as soon as called and was able to fix the boiler without costing us an arm and a leg which we were quoted by the supplier. Would highly recommend.

We have used Chris for several jobs over the years (boiler replacement/annual services, new radiators, bathroom refurb) and his work has always been excellent with a great finish. Very helpful, and always delivers on his promises.

I have had to call Chris out twice in the last few months due to issues with my heating. First time was a Sunday evening. The firm who normally service my boiler didn't even answer the phone when i tried to contact them which was not ideal as water was escaping from one of the heating pipes. I did a quick search of the internet and many companies wanted in excess of ??250 just to turn up. When I contacted Chris he attended promptly and charged a sensible fee. Needless to say when the boiler needed servicing again a couple of months later I called Chris in to do this. You really can???t ask for any more. A tradesman who turns up when he says he will and charges reasonable prices. I would have no hesitation in recommending Drakes Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd.

Drakes Plumbing and Heating Services have carried out both commercial and domestic work for us over many years. Chris is consistently reliable and professional, and delivers high-quality work every time. I would highly recommend Drakes Plumbing and Heating Services.

I have been a customer of Chris' for many years. He is extremely reliable and does a brilliant job...no matter how big or small. Great guy!
