Excellent service from booking to completion. The person who took the booking was polite friendly and explained everything well. The engineer was also polite and friendly. He explained what he was going to do at each stage. In addition he was punctual and did an excellent job

Your engineer Jordan did a good job. However his customer service skills were somewhat lacking: he did not cover the carpet before dismantling the gas fire; he stood the front of the fire and the glass plate on the carpet as he did with the screws. He did not have cleaning fluid to clean the glass front. I supplied an old sheet to cover the carpet, cleaning fluid, a torch to look behind the fire and also a key for the gas box. Other than these he was pleasant and conscientious.

I had a new boiler installed (Worcester Bosch 4000), as our old one was 12 years old and had packed up. Service was prompt and reliable and first-rate. Gary, the engineer, was efficient and polite, installing it excellently and explaining everything, as well as looking at another appliance (a gas fire). Overall, extremely good service and I would recommend to anyone.

Very reliable, keot me updated every step of the job, contacted me when faults wete found before repairing. Callum was a great engineer, very thorough and worked late to get job done. Highly recommend. Even had discount for prompt payment
