It wasn't a rushed job; the plumber took the time to ensure everything was functioning perfectly and safely. This gave me immense peace of mind, especially since my parents have oxygen stored at home and safety is our absolute priority. ???Beyond the technical skill, he was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional throughout the visit. It is rare to find a tradesman you can trust implicitly, but Heatdial fits the bill. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work.

   An excellent service from Abed who serviced my boiler recently. He replied promptly to my email enquiry, turned up when he said he would and worked very tidily, giving the boiler a thorough service. Abed also checked the functioning of my carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarms whilst inside the house. I was also impressed that he wore overshoes whilst inside my house.

   My old boiler needed replacing. Very impressed with Heatdial reviews so gave them a call. Adeb came round, sent me a quote and arranged a date for the job. Everything was so easy. All I can say is they are a fantastic firm, very pleasant, hard working and very focused on customer satisfaction.    I contacted Heatdial as my boiler had a fault, needed a major service, the system needed a power flush as well as needing a radiator rehanging. Abed was quick to respond and really helpful and knowledgeable from the outset. Came to diagnose the fault quickly and carefully explained everything that was needed with the reasons behind it. Booked us in for all the work to be done completed in one day - he did an amazing job, very thorough and incredibly tidy. I would definitely recommend Heatdial, I'll be contacting Abed again when next year's service is due, and if any other work needs doing!
