When looking for someone to repair our boiler, Ribble Gas Solutions had many 5 star Google reviews and so got in touch. I was glad I did, getting a quick response to my enquiry and a visit to diagnose the problem. The repair turned into a full boiler replacement and clean of the heating system. Nathan booked us in, turned up when he said he would and did the work over two days. We now have a new efficient boiler installed. Nathan is a great guy and it is so good to have found such a reliable tradesman. We'll definitely be using him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

We've just had our boiler replaced by Ribble Gas Solutions Ltd. Nathan assessed our property/heating system and then he recommended a suitable boiler at a competitive price. Nathan provided regular updates and when it came to installation day Nathan and Jake did a fantastic job. Care was taken to cover the carpets in our home and care within our property as a whole was fantastic. The new boiler was installed within a day. My 30 year old boiler was on its last legs (they don't make em like they used to :-) ) so I dreaded the thought of instructing a "tradesman" to replace it. I know there will be good ones out there but my experience is that most aren't fit to knock nails in wood. I did a bit of research and came up with Ribble Gas Solutions. I took a chance and asked Nathan for a quote. To cut a long story short, Nathan was professional from the first meet. He surveyed the job and provided a reasonable fitted price. On the agreed date and time Nathan turned up and commenced the boiler replacement. He advised that it would take 3 days to complete the job and together with Jake they fitted my new boiler without any hassle or fuss. There was no "mysterious" hidden charges or excuses as to why they couldn't turn up at any given time. Basically Nathan and Jake are exactly the heating engineers you would wish for, knowledgeable, polite, reliable and quick. I have no hesitation in recommending Ribble Gas Solutions for all your heating needs and I will be having them back for my boiler service in a years time.

Nathan the engineer complete all repairs and servicing was excellent very patient and politeness. Very knowledgeable and brilliant with my family. Very fast at identifying the problem. Locating spare parts. Complete the repair all in the same day. Extremely fair price no extra cost. He is a Good around engineer. Treating older clients with the respect and good humour.
