Colin has serviced my Worcester Bosch boiler for many years to the highest standard. Good communication and punctual. Recent boiler breakdown was diagnosed. New part fitted the next day ( Sunday) no problem all working again. Highly recommended.

Colin has serviced my boiler for years, but I have contacted him before Christmas about a problem with my boiler, I sent a photo as requested and waited for him to reply, he did a few days later stating he would be in touch, did not happen, contacted again promised to visit , did not happen, I have contacted him by e_ mail, messenger, sms, phone Facebook over the last 2 months he has not replied to any messages etc, He has not had the decency or moral fibre to get in touch and I can only say how unhelpful unprofessional he has been. I recommend that you do not use this firm.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with CJP Heating Tech. I contacted the company regarding a boiler fault and explained the urgency of the situation, as I have two very young children at home and temperatures were dropping to -5??C. I was initially told they would check their diary and get back to me. Days went by with no response, and during this time, my boiler stopped working completely, leaving me with no heating or hot water. I reached out again, stressed the emergency nature of the issue, and was told the job had been passed to a colleague who would contact me within a few hours. Yet, 24 hours passed, and no one reached out. When I tried to contact the company again, they stopped picking up my calls altogether. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when dealing with emergencies and vulnerable families. I would not recommend CJP Heating Tech to anyone looking for reliable and responsive service.

Guy did a great job..very professional and knowledgeable. He sorted out my gas fire that was playing up and did a winter check on my central heating boiler. Turned up at the time he said he would which shows reliability. Will definitely be using him again and recommending him to friends and family.

Colin was brilliant. Because of Covid he asked for pictures to be sent in order to quote us for our new boiler. He got back to us promptly with a very good price. Having found his details on the Worcester Bosch website I was impressed with reviews etc. The installation went well, Colin was friendly, tidy and patient when talking me through the new boiler! I would (and have) 100% recommend him to friends and family!
